Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Netacore Group, LLP (“Netacore”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service
Netacore provides uptime monitoring, status pages, alerting, and client monitoring for agencies and managed service providers. We may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Only monitor websites, endpoints, and services that you own or have permission to monitor. Monitoring checks generate real traffic to their targets.
- Do not use the service to break the law, or to disrupt, probe, or overload systems.
- Do not resell or white-label the service except through the features the MSP (managed service provider) plan provides.
- Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
Plans and billing
The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed through Stripe from inside the dashboard. Plan limits, such as the number of monitors and check frequency, are described on our plans page and in the dashboard. We will give notice before pricing changes take effect for you. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges.
Your content
You own the data you put into Netacore: your monitor configurations, status page content, and branding. You grant us the license needed to store and process it to operate the service, and you are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep Netacore reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and monitoring results may be affected by factors outside our control, such as network conditions between our check regions and your systems.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netacore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other customers. You may close your account at any time. On closure, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above, and announce material changes to account holders by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
